Just giving some information on my RVL progress. I have lossed 22 lbs and feeling fantastic. I have to admit with summer and kids being home, I found myself in more of a "Weight Management" mode. So I can honestly say using RVL for my breakfast has been such an great meal replacment and helped me not to gain weight. As soon at the kids go back to school I plan to amp up my program and get MONAVIATED TO GET MOVING!!! ~ As part of the program exercise is certainly a huge helpful and necessary element.
